- Rumor Lucia Caminos: Manni L. PerezThe reported frontrunner. NME and PCGamesN report fans matched her look and voice to Lucia; she has prior Rockstar work (a role in GTA Online’s 2019 Diamond Casino update) and has said she worked on something big she cannot discuss under NDA. Not confirmed by Rockstar or by Perez.
- Rumor Jason Duval: Dylan RourkeOne of two reported candidates. NME reports fans consider Rourke (Grey’s Anatomy, Modern Family) the most likely Jason, pointing to his resemblance and an unnamed motion-capture project on his resume. Not confirmed.

Why the silence? Rockstar always reveals casts late
This is a pattern, not a snub. Ned Luke, Shawn Fonteno and Steven Ogg only became public names around GTA 5’s September 2013 release, and Roger Clark was unknown to most players until Red Dead Redemption 2 shipped in 2018. Rockstar credits voice and motion-capture performers in-game and lets the actors do press after launch. So the absence of a cast announcement in July 2026 tells you nothing about the game; it is how Rockstar has handled its two biggest releases.
