The delay history
GTA 6 was first eyed for a 2025 window, then dated for May 26, 2026, and finally moved to November 19, 2026. Take-Two subsequently reaffirmed the November date, and Rockstar North’s Rob Nelson told Famitsu on August 28 that the game “will be released on time” (reported). Dates before launch
Take-Two reports fiscal Q2 2027 results on November 9 after the US market closes, digital pre-load opens November 10, and GTA 6 releases November 19.
