Quick answer: Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album is a 34 track companion record from Atlantic Records and Rockstar, announced September 17, 2026 and launching November 19 with the game. Six songs are out now, including Travis Scott and Morgan Wallen. Physical vinyl and CD editions are up for pre-order and ship November 20.

GTA 6 is getting an official album. On September 17, 2026, Rockstar and Atlantic Records announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, a collection of 34 original tracks that launches on November 19, 2026, the same day as the game. Six of those tracks went out that day. The other 28 stay under wraps, and Red Bull reports Rockstar does not plan to publish the full list before launch.

The six songs out now cover a wide spread. They are Yung Lean's That's It, featuring Future and Metro Boomin; Travis Scott's RHYNO, produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo; Sexy Magic, a single collaboration credited to CA7RIEL and Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. and Etienne de Crecy; Morgan Wallen's Last Thing You Need; Rauw Alejandro's Macacoa 2000; and Keith Richards' Bright Lights, Big City. Consequence reported the six went live on all major streaming services the day of the announcement.

The official album store opened pre-orders for the physical editions, and the prices are set. Two double-LP vinyl versions sell for $49.98 each, one pressed as transparent magenta discs with blue splatter and the other on standard black records. Two CD versions sell for $19.98 each, both full-album audio CDs with a booklet in a jewel case, differing only in packaging. A limited-edition vinyl, two magenta discs filled with blue liquid in exclusive artwork, listed at $124.98 and has since sold out. Every physical edition ships on November 20, 2026, one day after the game. The album can also be pre-saved on streaming services ahead of the November 19 release.

Rockstar paired the announcement with a tease about how music works inside the game, without the detail to back it up yet. It said to stay tuned for more on the dynamic score and what it calls the next evolution of in-game radio, a line Red Bull also reported, but it has not explained either. As of early October, Rockstar had not published the full 34-track list or a radio station lineup, and Red Bull reported it does not plan to until launch. The only station pointed to in official material so far is V-Rock, spotted on a T-shirt in a clip on the GTA VI site.

For fans, the album is the clearest look yet at the sound of Vice City and Leonida, and the six songs are a real sampler rather than a single lead track. For buyers, it is a separate purchase from the game, which stays $79.99 Standard and $99.99 Ultimate in the US on our price tracker. The music is one of several September reveals, alongside the Vice City Collection box, that fill out the launch before release day. Our music guide tracks the soundtrack and radio as Rockstar confirms more.

One note on the leaks. Gameplay footage that leaked in August appeared to show an in-game radio menu, and Kotaku counted around 14 stations in it. Rockstar has confirmed none of them. Until it publishes a real lineup, V-Rock is the only station with any official footing, and everything else is a rumor pulled from footage that may not match the finished game.
