This is a running tracker of GTA 6 leaks and rumors. Every item is labeled Confirmed, Reported or Rumor and carries a source, so you can tell an official fact from an unverified claim at a glance. We never present a rumor as fact. As things change, an item moves up to Confirmed and gets re-dated.

Last reviewed July 15, 2026

Confirmed means Rockstar or Take-Two said it officially. Reported means a credible outlet or executive is on record, but it is not an official spec. Rumor means a leak, estimate or unverified claim. For the things that are nailed down, see the FAQ and the release date.

Tracked GTA 6 claims

  1. Rumor

Trailer 3 skipped the pre-order window

Multiple outlets expected a third trailer alongside the June 25 pre-order launch. Pre-orders opened without one, so expectations have shifted to the marketing run before the November 19 launch. Rockstar has not confirmed a trailer or a date for one.

  3. Confirmed

Current editions confirmed: Standard and Ultimate

Earlier leaks claimed a Standard, Deluxe and Collector lineup. The June 24, 2026 reveal announced Standard ($79.99) and Ultimate ($99.99). It did not announce a Deluxe or physical Collector edition, so the leaked lineup was unsupported.

    Pre-order date set: June 25, 2026

Online successor tested with 32-player lobbies

UK employment tribunal documents, reported on by People Make Games, reference internal playtests that required 32-player sessions for a Rockstar online mode. The documents did not clearly name GTA 6, and 32 players matches current GTA Online.

PC version estimated for around early 2027

Map estimated larger than GTA 5
