Xbox provides system accessibility settings for the console interface, controllers and supported game output. Rockstar has not published the GTA 6 in-game accessibility menu, so feature behavior inside the game remains unconfirmed.

Every feature

  • Narrator. Screen reader that reads on-screen text, buttons and elements aloud.
  • Magnifier. Zooms anywhere on screen up to 16x.
  • High Contrast. A high-contrast interface theme for easier reading.
  • Color Filters. Colorblind presets for deuteranopia, protanopia and tritanopia.
  • Closed Captions and Game Transcription. Captions for media plus speech-to-text for in-game and party chat.
  • Button Remapping. Remap in settings, with deeper control in the Xbox Accessories app.
  • Co-pilot. Links two controllers so they act as one, for shared or assisted play.
  • Mono Audio and Balance. Mono output and a left-right balance slider.
