What we know about GTA 6 property
- Confirmed Boobie Ike's real estate. Rockstar's bio gives Boobie Ike a string of legitimate businesses including real estate, so property ownership clearly exists in the world of Leonida.
- Confirmed Jason's home in the Keys. Jason lives rent-free at one of Brian Heder's properties in the Leonida Keys in exchange for help with local jobs, shown in the character bios.
- Likely Player safehouses. Owning a safehouse has been part of GTA for decades. It is widely expected to return, but Rockstar has not detailed a player property system for GTA 6.
- Likely Buying property for income. GTA 5 let you buy properties and businesses that paid out over time. A similar investment system is expected for GTA 6, though it is not confirmed.
