Justice announces GTA 6 original score album

Rockstar Games announced on October 29, 2026 that Grand Theft Auto VI: Original Score will release on December 11. The score is composed by Grammy Award winners Justice, the French duo of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay. GosuGamers, MusicWeek and IGN all reported the announcement. Rockstar had earlier named Justice as the composers of the game's music.

The album contains 30 tracks plus a number of bonus digital tracks, and will be available on CD, vinyl and all major music streaming services. MusicWeek reports that it is released through Because Music, Ed Banger and Rockstar Games, and that it runs about three hours of material from the game. The physical release comes as 2CD and 3LP, with a limited crystal-clear vinyl pressing alongside the standard black edition. MusicWeek says the vinyl is available for pre-order.

Justice also released a new track called "Pusher" on October 29. IGN and MusicWeek describe it as a preview of the instrumental side of the score. It features Gesaffelstein, and marks the first time the duo have collaborated with the French DJ.

The score follows the duo's single "Flower in a Hurricane" (ft. Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard). IGN reports it reached No. 62 on the Billboard Hot 100. MusicWeek says it was Justice's first non-feature song to reach the US Hot 100.

De Rosnay described the scope of the work in a statement quoted by MusicWeek and IGN: "The scope of the game is so large geographically and thematically that it was clear from the beginning the music would also have to be very broad in terms of emotions, genres, and textures." He added: "We were given the freedom to explore as many things as we needed to, musically speaking, as long as it made sense with the game."

The score should not be confused with GTA VI: The Album, which releases on November 19, 2026, alongside the game. GosuGamers notes that the album is a separate collection of original songs from other artists.
